26th Annual Labor Day Scientific Meeting - 2009-06-16
Dear Friends,
By this time most of you have already received by mail (or should be receiving soon) the package that contains the information regarding the 26th Annual Labor Day Scientific Meeting, to be held at the Ginn Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast. Please read through all papers included in the package so as to become familiar with the important information it contains. You can also download these forms by going to the FORMS tab in the website (pamacfl.org) and click on “Ginn Hammock.pdf”.
To make reservations call 866-453-2227 (Monday through Friday) and ask for the PanAmerican rate; this is a direct number to Reservations, different from the one in the flyer. In order to reserve your choice of room please call ASAP.
Don’t forget to fill out the registration form that we sent you, mail it back in the enclosed self-addressed envelope (Miguel Lugo, M.D. 130 Stonehill Dr., Maitland, FL, 32751) with your payment.
Sunday’s Banquet and Dance dress code is “De Punta en Blanco”. This means all-white attire if possible, otherwise earth tones (like Khaki for the guys). Gentlemen, don’t worry about a coat or a jacket; this should be a casual, Summery atmosphere!
CONSIDER THIS: we are inviting willing couples who may want to grace us with a prepared, organized, “Dancing with the Stars”-style dance to participate in our own

This event will take place during Sunday’s Banquet/dance and we hope to see 4 or 5 couples participate. Prepare a 2-3 minute routine and dazzle us with your style! PLEASE inform me, if interested, by July 15.
