Hello,


Our last board Meeting took place on April 13. The meeting was well attended and the minutes have been added to the website. We continue to add new members and this month we are welcoming Dr. Alberto Mansilla  as our newest member.


A reminder that the Picnic at Camp Ithel is scheduled for April 30. Jeanne Herrera, Gloria Neghme and Grisel Balaguer have been working very hard to make sure that everybody who attends has a good time. So far the number of people who have reserved has been below average. For those who wish to attend, please call us as soon as possible , we want to make sure that we have all the appropriate provisions for a enjoyable picnic. In the board meeting we discussed restructuring this Event for next year including the possibility of a new venue. We will keep you posted.


Dr. Luis Herrera has been working on the educational conference for the labor weekend. We expect to have out a list of lectures by June.(Hopefully sooner). We are also requesting that if any of our members knows of any company that would like to be an exhibitor for the labor day weekend to contact me at glo532@yahoo.com. As you know the contributions by the exhibitors help the association fund its activities and keep the cost down for all of us.


The theme for this years labor day weekend dinner and party will be a "Caribbean Cruise ". Arrangements are in progress to make sure that we have a fun night on board of " PAMA on the Seas ".
